He was 14 when he received the Holy Ghost for the first time in an 8th grade secular classroom in Grandin, Missouri. Over the next few years God would deal with his heart and reveal the power of the Name of Jesus and there being One God. At about the age of 19 he would give his life completely to God and begin to worship Him in spirit and truth.
At the age of 21 he Pastored his first church in Alton, Missouri. He did so at the request of his Bishop, the regional Presbyter, the former Pastor and the people. Later he would preach throughout the area as invitations would come.
For a while he was a youth Pastor at a larger church and then he co-pioneered a brand new church in Van Buren, Missouri. He stayed there for the first year with the church averaging near 40 in attendance the last quarter of that year. Then he headed the call of God and moved to St. Louis, Missouri to spend the next 2 ½ years focused on studying God’s Word, obtaining Biblical oriented degrees, doing an internship and seeking an Apostolic anointing through prayer.
In July 2004 he embarked on evangelizing full-time throughout America and overseas. Currently he has ministered in 25 states and four continents. God graciously confirming His Word time and time again as literally thousands have received the Holy Ghost and been healed in Bro. Norman’s meetings. His meetings are known for Bible preaching, strong manifestations of God and great confirmation.
His ministry is based on inspiring, informing and imparting. Inspiring people to have great faith in God. Informing them how to be used of God more effectively and finally imparting unto them by exposing them to his burden for souls and the giftings God has graciously given unto him.
